UK IPO source data
Our weekly monitoring uses the UK Intellectual Property Office Trade Marks Journal, including its XML data, application wording, publication details, Nice classes and available goods/services descriptions.
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
The licence permits commercial reuse of the copyright and database-right information it covers, subject to its conditions. Applicable source notices continue to apply.

An independent monitoring service
TradeMark Watch is an independent service operated by Highland Coders Limited. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Intellectual Property Office.
Our matching scores, suggested risks, notes and monitoring reports are our own analysis. They are not IPO decisions or legal opinions. Imported information describes a publication snapshot and may not reflect later changes to an application. Check the official record before making decisions.
Rights outside the licence
The OGL does not cover personal data, third-party rights, trade mark rights, or government logos and crests except where included in a document or dataset as the licence permits. It does not grant permission to adopt another person's trade mark or use official branding. Separate permissions or another lawful basis may be needed.
Our software, design and original analysis are separate from the licensed public-sector information. Our service terms do not remove your independent rights under the OGL.
Accuracy and availability
Source information is provided without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or continued availability. Automated monitoring can miss relevant applications and does not assess logo or image similarity. Consult a qualified trade mark professional for legal advice or formal clearance.
